Make your event a success with Jeff's awesome array of balloon sculptures. From roaming through crowds of all ages at a grand opening to creating fun with balloons and silly jokes for the kids at parties. Jeff the balloon guy can deliver within your budget. Located in Oakland, Ca any event in a 20 mile radius can be booked starting at $60 for the first hour. Add $25 for stilts, and $40 an hour after that.
